“Absolutely outstanding company! We received multiple offers and we're under contract within hours after going active on my listing! Very professional, communication was great throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Renovation Sells! It works!”
“Renovation Sells has transformed our home into a place of elegant and comfortable living. We purchased a fixer upper in the North Dallas area last fall, and within a few short months we now have a beautiful new home. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for exceptional quality workmanship and professional service.”
Dallas journal
What the numbers say about selling in Dallas and Collin County right now, from the people renovating the houses.
The median Dallas–Fort Worth listing sat 62 days in September, new listings fell to 8,938, and the first freeze at Dallas/Fort Worth Airport averages November 22 (Realtor.com via FRED; National Weather Service). Shorter days change what a buyer sees in your home, and the fixes are small.
New listings across Dallas–Fort Worth fell 23% from April to August, listings are sitting longer, and 13,504 had a price cut in August (Realtor.com via FRED). That sounds like bad news. For a seller whose home shows well, it is the opposite.
In Collin County, the median listing price slipped from a June peak, median days on market climbed from 43 to 60 over the summer, and new listings are thinning out (Realtor.com via FRED). What the county and city numbers mean if you are selling this fall or next spring.
